Supported Rad and Maria in their 10km run.. Was stopped by security and i cant join the run.. There's a good thing behind it though.. My leg cramps from soccer is still there due to not stretching before the game and mum was very worried about my condition.. So well, i didnt run.. Just looked around to see anyone whom i know after the end of the race.. The only picture that i took of both of them.. Didnt know that when you run a marathon, you tend to deposit more in the restroom... haha.. am still figuring out though..

At times i just feel that i have no one to talk to.. Its true people can listen but what can they do.. Thats the point where you felt helpless and all you could do is cry.. OnlY HE knows what am feeling now.. People maybe laughing, but only god knows whats going on..
The pain is unbearable.. I just hope and pray there wont be any repetition of the ICU incident..
